Staff Profile

Eric Wambugu is a practicing lawyer in Kenya and also teaches at the University of Embu's Law School. He's also working on his PhD at the University of Nairobi's Law School, focusing on environmental, criminal, civil, family, and commercial law. His current research looks into the problems with managing air pollution from chemical companies in the Thika industrial area of Kiambu County. Eric has a solid academic background, with a law degree from Mount Kenya University and a master's in environmental law from the University of Nairobi. He's also worked as a legal associate at Njoroge Regeru & Co. Advocates in Kenya.
