Short Biography
Victoria Miyandazi holds Doctor of Philosophy in Law, Master of Philosophy in Law and Bachelor of Civil Law Degrees from the University of Oxford where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) Degree from Kenyatta University. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya practicing at Okubasu, Munene & Kazungu Advocates LLP. She is the author of Equality in Kenya’s 2010 Constitution: Understanding the Competing and Interrelated Conceptions (Hart Publishing, 2021).

Comparative Equality Law, International Human Rights Law, Humanitarian Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Public International Law, Electoral Law and Property Law.
