Short Biography

Wilson Ngigi holds Doctor of Philosophy in Law from the University of Liverpool (Liverpool, England), Master in Corporate Finance Law from the University of Westminster (Distiction) (London, England) and Bachelor of Laws Degree from Nairobi University. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with over 10 years of experience in Kenya and England. He is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in England and Wales and a member of the Law Society of England. Wilson is a part qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA 3.5) and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators-Kenya.

Research Interests

Securities/Capital markets Law, Whistleblowing & Employment Law, Economic Analysis of law, Tax law, Corporate Insolvency Law, Corporate Governance, money laundering, corruption and white collar crime.
